Common Solutions

Email already linked: Switch the form to Sign in instead of Create account. If you registered previously with Google or OTP, signing in with the same email will restore your account.
OTP email not arriving: Check your Spam or Promotions folder. Brevo delivery takes 5–15 seconds. If still not received, verify your email spelling and request a new code.
UPI payment activation: Enter your 12-digit UTR / UPI reference number from your bank or GPay/PhonePe/Paytm receipt in the claim box to activate semester access immediately.
