1. Eligibility for Refund

Refund requests submitted within seven (7) calendar days from the original transaction timestamp will be honored with a 100% refund of the amount paid.

2. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund, please send an email to support@lawschools.app from your registered LawSchools99 account email address with:

Your registered email address
Razorpay Payment ID (found on your payment receipt)
Subject line: "Refund Request - [Your Registered Email]"

3. Processing & Payout Timelines

Once approved, refunds are triggered immediately via our Razorpay payment gateway. Depending on your bank or payment mode (UPI, debit/credit card, net banking), funds typically reflect back into your original payment source within 5 to 7 business days.

4. Effect of Refund on Access

Upon processing a refund, the associated semester entitlement will be revoked, and your account will revert to the standard free preview access tier.
